Best Indian Cuisine Ever

We often travel to MINT when visiting the Berkshires from upstate New York. It is a little out of the way, but we have to have this food. I cannot explain how incredible this authentic Indian cuisine is. Sometimes the wait, even with a reservation, can be a little excessive. However, the food is worth it. The employees work hard and the menu does not fail. Every time we come here, whether my boyfriend and I, or as a group, the food is consistently the best. I have yet to try better Indian food. Very fresh and extensive assortment of naan. The vegetarian options are divine, and my boyfriend goes nuts over each variation of Vindaloo. Another tip- enjoy the fabulous martinis and wine while you wait. Our local Indian restaurant failed and closed. We have nothing around us to even remotely compare. My only complaint is that MINT isn’t closer. Maybe they could expand a location into Plattsburgh, NY.
